Frequently encountered Issues

#1 I encountered the following errors.
An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Contine, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will shut down immediately.
or
A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call ) no address was supplied;
Or
'Error connecting to the server: Connection unexpectedly terminated'

The above error could occur either
a. On login
b. After logging in on the progress bar
c. Loading a form
d. Pressing some button or link on the form
It occurs because you have been disconnected from the internet.Please check if a firewall is running on your PC if you are connected and can access other websites. Such a scenario is often seen when using our product in private companies or government offices.

#2 I did not receive my lost password via email

On clicking the Send password button. a message box stating 'Mail has been sent successfully' should pop up. Please check your Junk folder for our email if you don't receive it within a few minutes.
The subject of our email would be 'Account information from myfuturestock.com'.

#3 The buttons and other control on the form seem misaligned.

The forms have been designed on a 1024 X 768 resolution. For best view, please right click on your desktop and select properties. In the display properties window select the 'settings' tab and set the screen resolution to 1024 X 768
